DELIVERY

All orders are packed with special care to ensure the quality and safety of your purchase. Unless otherwise stated, all orders are shipped via DOMESTIC CARGO for domestic orders, UPS or Fedex for international orders. We are happy to assist our customers with such shipping arrangements prior to purchase. Please email info@theninon.com with any inquiry. Ninon, no charges that may be assessed on international shipments, not responsible for taxes or other charges. Items in stock are processed and shipped within two business days.

RETURN POLICY

All sales on theninon.com are final. If you have any questions about any part before purchasing, please feel free to contact us at info@ theninon.com. We will gladly address any questions or concerns you may have.

In case you receive an item that you think is damaged or defective, we would like you to email us at info@theninon.com in 48 hours including your name, proof of purchase, description of the issue, and photos of the item. We reserve the right to refuse any return, exchange or repair request.

If you purchased a Ninon part from another retailer, please refer to that retailer's applicable policies. We are not responsible for items purchased from other retailers.
